Spring is in the Air!
Try these out at home or in your KES Club in the coming weeks for an Easter Treat! Follow these steps:
1. Have kids decorate the cups in a creative bunny way.
2. Choose your ears – either straws or carrots.
3. Choose your smoothie.
4. Enjoy!
Pink Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cup milk (almond milk or soy milk works as well)
- 2 cup frozen strawberries
- Blend and enjoy!
Green Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Blend and enjoy!
Orange Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- Blend and enjoy!
Yellow Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- Blend and enjoy!
Purple smoothie
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen blackberries
- Blend and enjoy!
